2. About Parklink Shop
Parklink Shop is an online marketplace displaying physical static caravans and holiday homes available for sale from holiday parks and other sellers in the UK.
Products displayed on Parklink Shop are tangible caravan units.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on an individual listing:
- The advertised price is for the caravan unit.
- No land or property ownership is included.
- No delivery, relocation, installation, siting, maintenance or other service is included in the advertised product price.
- The caravan is offered for sale at its stated holiday park or seller location.
3. Product Listings
Product listings may include information supplied by holiday parks, manufacturers, dealers or other sellers.
We aim to display accurate information including price, availability, location, make, model, condition and product specifications.
Customers should confirm important product information with the seller before completing a purchase. Prices and availability may change.
4. Enquiries and Purchasing
Parklink Shop allows customers to enquire about a caravan advertised for sale.
When you submit an enquiry, your details may be passed to the relevant seller or holiday park so they can respond to your enquiry.
Parklink (SW) Ltd does not sell the caravan to the customer and does not take payment for the caravan through Parklink Shop.
Any subsequent purchase agreement is made directly between the customer and the relevant seller.
5. Additional Costs and Arrangements
The advertised product price relates to the caravan unit unless the individual listing expressly states otherwise.
Costs or arrangements relating to pitch/site fees, licence agreements, transport, relocation, installation, siting, utility connections, maintenance or other arrangements agreed with the seller are separate from the product offer displayed on Parklink Shop, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers should confirm any such arrangements directly with the seller before purchasing.
6. Delivery and Relocation
Static caravans advertised on Parklink Shop are generally offered for sale at their current holiday park or seller location.
Parklink Shop does not advertise delivery as part of the caravan product price.
Where a customer wishes to relocate a caravan, any transport or relocation arrangements must be agreed separately with the seller or an appropriate third party.
7. Returns and Cancellations
Parklink Shop does not directly process the sale or payment for advertised caravans.
Any cancellation, return, refund, warranty or after-sales rights relating to a purchase should therefore be confirmed with the seller and will be subject to the applicable agreement and the customer’s statutory rights.
Nothing in these terms affects any rights a consumer has under applicable UK law.
8. Our Role
Parklink Shop provides an online marketplace through which physical caravan units can be advertised and customers can contact sellers.
Parklink (SW) Ltd is not normally a party to the contract for the purchase of a caravan advertised by a third-party seller.
We are not responsible for enforcing contractual obligations between a buyer and seller.
9. Accuracy of Information
We do not guarantee that all information supplied by third-party sellers will always be complete, accurate or current.
Customers should verify important information directly with the seller before entering into a purchase agreement.
10. Website Use
You must not use Parklink Shop unlawfully or fraudulently, interfere with the operation or security of the website, introduce malicious software, systematically scrape or extract website data without permission, or infringe the rights of Parklink (SW) Ltd or another party.
Normal search-engine crawling and indexing is permitted.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Parklink (SW) Ltd and its licensors own or control the intellectual property rights in Parklink Shop and its content.
Content may not be reproduced, redistributed or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law.
12. Third-Party Websites
Parklink Shop may contain links to websites operated by holiday parks, sellers or other third parties.
We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or separate terms and policies.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to applicable law, Parklink (SW) Ltd will not be responsible for losses arising from information supplied by a third-party seller or from a contract entered into directly between a buyer and seller.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The version published on Parklink Shop will apply from its stated effective date.
15. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
